Research
The ASCC
coordinates research and provides policy advice to the Workplace Relations
Ministers' Council (WRMC) on OHS and workers' compensation arrangements. WRMC is
made up of the Federal Employment and Workplace Relations Minister and his state
and territory counterparts.
The ASCC
reports regularly on emerging and identified occupational health and safety and
workers' compensation issues. Potential emerging issues are assessed using the
criteria from the European 'Risk Observatory' model.
